Receta Channa Rolls
Channa Rolls
A tasty and healthy tea- time snack.These are delicious rolls made of channa and vegetables.
For this roll you need
- 2 cups of Channa
- 1 big sized onion
- 2 nos. of carrots
- 1 capsicum
- Small bunch of fresh coriander and mint leaves
- 1 tsp. of chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder
- 5 tsp. of Corn flour
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Soak the channa in water overnight or for 8 hrs.Grind them coarsely and keep it aside.
Wash and grate the carrots.
Chop the onions , mint leaves, coriander leaves and capsicum finely.
Now in a vessel add the powders, chopped ingredients ,grinded channa along with salt and mix them well without water.
Make shapes out of them .
Mix corn flour with water.
Heat oil in a kadhai, dip these rolls in the corn flour
Deep fry them in medium flame till they turn golden brown and drain them in a paper towel, to remove excess oil.
Tasty channa rolls are ready to be served.......
Serve them hot with tomato sauce...
