- Heat about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan. Add in the onion, garlic and chicken breasts. Saute until fragrant and then add in honey, salt and white pepper. Cook until chicken tender and slightly golden in colour. Put aside.
- Method To Make A Wrap:
- Place one warmed wrap in a plate. Put the lettuces, bell green pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and the honeyed chicken, spread the thousand island and mayonise, generous spread, or you can add tomato sauce/chili sauce, whichever you prefer. Tightly roll the wrap and cut into 3 rolls.. Serve.
