Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla-butternut flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar, shortening and margarine. Add in Large eggs, beat after each addition.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased tube or possibly loaf pans and place in a cool oven. Set temperature to 350 F and bake for 1 hour and 45 min without opening oven door till time is done. Remove from pan immediately.
  3. Makes 2 loaves. If using glass pans, do not bake for quite as long.
