Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 x Pressed garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grated lemon or possibly orange rind
  • 6 lrg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick ALMOND BUTTER

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass baking dish & marinate several hrs, turning once or possibly twice. When charcoal is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during grilling, for 20 min. Top with Almond Butter.
