Charcoal Grilled Red Snapper

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb red snapper steaks or possibly other fish steaks, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1/2 c. melted fat or possibly oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire
  • 1 dsh liquid warm pepper sauce paprika

Direcciones

  1. Thaw frzn steaks. Cut into serving size portions and place in well greased, hinged wire grills.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika.
  3. Base fish with sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cook about 4" from moderately warm coals for 8 min. Baste with sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Turn and cook for 7 to 10 min longer or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
