Ingredientes

  • 20 x Fresh langoustine
  • 1 x Red chilli
  • 2 x Green chillies
  • 2 x Cloves garlic
  • 1 x Red onion Mayonnaise
  • 4 x Fresh limes
  • 150 gm Rocket leaves, (5z)
  • 30 gm Fresh coriander, (1oz)
  • 10 gm Fresh mint, (1/2oz) Extra virgin olive oil Seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Make the mayonnaise by chopping 1/2 the chilli and add in to the mayonnaise, with the juice and the zest of 1/2 the limes and some minced mint and coriander. Heat up a warm griddle pan on the stove and add in the langoustine to the pan with a little oil. Start to add in the rest of the ingredients. Add in the fresh lime, just cut into quarters and season with salt and pepper. Remove from the griddle pan with all the diced ingredients and serve with the mayonnaise on the side, and some dressed rocket leaves.
