Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 ct creamy-style cottage cheese* (12 ounce.)
  • 1 c. cubed sharp cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Add in cheese a few cubes at a time. Cover container and set to BLEND till smooth.
  2. If necessary, stop blender and push ingredients towards the blades with a rubber spatula.
  3. Makes about 2 1/2 c. Dip.
  4. 1 (12 ounce.) carton of lowfat sour cream may be substituted for the cottage cheese.
