Cheddar Cheese Pan Biscuits

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 1/4 x flour
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 9 inch baking pan, heat butter in oven. In bowl combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Stir in lowfat milk till just moistened. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead 10 times or possibly till smooth. Pat into 12x6 inch rectangle. Cut into 12- 1 inch strips. Dip each into melted butter. Fold strip in half. Place folded strips in 2 rows in same pan.
  2. Bake 20-25 min or possibly till browned.
