Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat lowfat milk 2 min on medium high. Set aside. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter 1 minute on high. Stir in flour; heat 1 minute more on high. Briskly stir in hot lowfat milk; blend well. Cook on high 2 1/2 min or possibly till boiling. Stir in grated cheddar cheese. Blend well.
