Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Ingredientes

  • one dozen hard boiled eggs
  • greens
  • one tablespoon mustard
  • scant 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • garlic salt
  • onion powder
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve

Direcciones

  1. Boil eggs 12 minutes, set in cool water to cool eggs, once cool to touch crack and peel eggs, cut in half remove cooked egg yolk into a bowl
  2. Add mustard, mayonnaise, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and mix well
  3. Using a scooper or spoon fill each half egg cavity full and plate on top of a bed of greens, garnish with shredded cheddar cheese
