Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Onion, grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pch Cayenne Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix shredded cheese and flour till cheese well coated. In a fondue pot heat lowfat milk and onion to not quite boiling. Stir in the cheese a little at a time, continuing to heat and stir till all the cheese is melted. Add in worcestershire sauce and cayenne, and salt to taste. Keep warm over alcohol burner. Serve with French bread cubes.
