Ingredientes

  • 1 c. elbow or possibly medium shell macaroni
  • 3/4 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1/2 sm green bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 c. frzn peas thawed
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain macaroni; rinse with cool water. Drain again. In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, celery, green bell pepper, peas, and onion. Stir gently to combine.
  2. For dressing: Mix mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, pickle relish, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Toss dressing with macaroni mix. Cover and refrigeratefor 4 to 24 hrs. Stir in additional lowfat milk, if necessary.
