Ingredientes

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pound shaved ham
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 8 slices bread, remove crust and butter both sides
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2-1 pound crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Mix lowfat milk, large eggs, salt, pepper, dry mustard and set aside. Spread ham, bacon and mushrooms over bread. Mix cheese together and sprinkle over top. Pour liquid over base carefully covering it. Cover for 12 hrs or possibly overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour - let stand for 10 min before cutting.
