Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb hamburger meat
  • 3/4 c. onions, minced
  • 3/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 4 c. diced potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, I have substituted Velveeta
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Brown hamburger. Add in butter, onions, carrots, celery, basil, parsley and potatoes, cover and cook till vegetables are semi- tender. Add in broth and bring to a boil,. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10-12 min.
  2. Meanwhile mix well, flour and lowfat milk, add in to broth,. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes or possibly till it thickens. Reduce heat, add in cheese, salt , pepper and lowfat sour cream. Enjoy! Makes 8 servings, I usually double it for us
