Receta Cheese Cake Stuffed Strawberries

  This is a great little appetizer or snack for when those strawberries are coming on in the spring.  Always use fresh strawberries and not frozen. Ingredients: 1 package of cream cheese at room temp 1/2 cup powdered sugar Fresh Strawberries cleaned and cored out 1/4 cup crushed pecans or graham crackers Clean and core the strawberries.  cutting out an area to stuff with cream cheese Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar Stuff the strawberries and sprinkle with the chopped pecans or graham crackers.
