Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 x 16oz can Ranch style beans
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 can Green chilies, minced
  • 1 med Onion, minced Garlic pwdr to taste
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 x 1lb boxes Mild mexican velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk Corn chips

Direcciones

  1. In a large, deep skillet brown the beef and onion. Remove the mix from the pan and drain it. In the same pot mix the beans, chilies and tomatoes, and cook on medium heat till the mix is cooked down just a little. Return the beef and onion to the pot. In a microwave-safe dish combine the cheese cubes and lowfat milk, and microwave till melted. Pour the melted cheese in with the other ingredients and cook over low heat for about 10 min. Stir often. Pour over corn chips.
