Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Baker's or possibly pot cheese
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 4 ounce Raisins (optional)
  • 8 ounce Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon zest

Direcciones

  1. Rub the cheese through a sieve.
  2. Using the paddle attachment, cream the cheese and sugar till smooth. Add in Large eggs and lemon zest and fold in.
  3. If you like, add the raisins.
  4. Yield: 3 pound
