Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Loaf frzn bread dough, thaw as pkg directs
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 c. Prepared pizza sauce
  • 3 ounce Mozzarella

  1. Prep: 20 mins Rising: 1 hr Cook: 30 mins Divide bread dough in half. Press and stretch one half into greased 13x9" baking pan, pushing dough up sides to create shallow rim. In sm bowl beat egg, stir in reamining ingreds except pizza sauce and mozzarella. Spread proportionately over dough. Stretch remaining half of dough to fit pan, place over filling and press dough edges to seal completely. Let rise in hot place till doubled about 1 hr. Spread pizza sauce proportionately over top of bread dough, sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 375, 30 mins till edges are crusty and cheese melts. Cold 5 mins. Cut into squares.
