Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. whole lowfat milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 2 Tablespoons chives or possibly green onions, minced
  • 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp oregano, thyme, or possibly marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients well.
  2. Refrigeratefor several hrs before serving.
  3. Use as a spread on your favorite crackers, on celery sticks, etc.
  4. Variation: Fold in 2-3 Tablespoons Lipton onion soup and 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream to use as a dip.
