Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Whisk together ingredients. Pour mixture into an airtight jar. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
  2. To marinate:
  3. Combine 1 1/2 lbs cubed cheese (cheddar, gouda, havarti, monterey jack), 2 cups olives, 1 - 7 oz jar roasted red peppers (drained) in a large ziploc bag. Pour marinade over mixture. Chill for at least two hours before serving. Keeps for up to 2 days.
