Ingredientes

  • 48 bread slices
  • 1 cups margarine
  • 6# American cheese, grated
  • 1 gals milk, reconstituted
  • 1/2 oz dry mustard
  • 1 oz salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dozen plus 8 eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Butter bread slices and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. Alternate layers of bread and cheese in greased 12 x 20 x 2 inch pans.
  3. Mix milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce together; add eggs and mix.
  4. Pour egg mixture over cheese and bread, about 1 1/2 quarts of egg mixture over each pan.
  5. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  7. Cut each pan 4x6.
