Ingredientes

  • 7 med Potatoes, about 2 lbs.
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x 8 ounce carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. Herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Direcciones

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 30 min or possibly till tender. Drain.
  2. Let cold to touch. Peel and cut into 1/4" strips. Set aside. Combine 1/4 c. margarine or possibly butter and next 5 ingredients in large bowl. Gently stir in potatoes and cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish, 13x9x2. Combine 3 tbsp butter or possibly margarine and stuffing mix. Sprinkle over potato mix.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350F for 25 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
