Cheese Quesadilas With Guacamole

Ingredientes

  • 2 x Avocados peeled, pitted, and minced Juice of two lemons
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. Minced red onions Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh Crystal Warm Sauce
  • 8 lrg Flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Grated Monetary Jack Jalapeno cheese
  • 1 c. Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sm can Minced green chilies
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in the avocados. Using a fork, slightly mash the avocados. Add in the lemon juice, garlic, and red onions. Mix thoroughly. Season the mix with salt, pepper and warm sauce. Sprinkle 1/4 of each cheese over the top of four individual tortillas. Top the tortillas with the remaining four tortillas.
  2. In a saute/fry pan, heat 1 tsp. of the oil. When the oil is warm, gently lay a quesadilla in the warm oil and pan-fry for 2 to 3 min on each side, or possibly till golden. Remove the quesadilla from the pan and repeat the cooking process for the remaining quesadillas. Serve the quesadillas with the guacamole.
