- Place a tortilla on work surface. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. cheese. Proportionately space six dollops of chutney or possibly salsa around tortilla; top with a second tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas, cheese, and chutney or possibly salsa.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in a filled tortilla, and cook till cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly golden brown, about 2 min on each side. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Using a sharp knife or possibly scissors, cut into six wedges. Serve warm with lowfat sour cream.
