Ingredientes

  • 12 x flour tortillas - (6" dia ea)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese (or possibly sharp cheddar cheese)
  • 3/4 c. Major Grey's chutney (or possibly tomatillo salsa) Lowfat sour cream for serving

Direcciones

  1. Place a tortilla on work surface. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. cheese. Proportionately space six dollops of chutney or possibly salsa around tortilla; top with a second tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas, cheese, and chutney or possibly salsa.
  2. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in a filled tortilla, and cook till cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly golden brown, about 2 min on each side. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Using a sharp knife or possibly scissors, cut into six wedges. Serve warm with lowfat sour cream.
  3. This recipe yields 12 servings.
