Cheesecake ( Amaretto Peach )

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 3/4 c. Unbleached All-purpose Flour
  • 24 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Unbleached All-purpose Flour
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 16 ounce Canned Peach Halves *
  • 1/4 c. Almond Flavored Liqueur

Direcciones

  1. Peach halves should be liquid removed, and then pureed.
  2. Combine margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add in flour; mix well. Spread dough onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 min. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour; mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended.
  3. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add in peaches and liqueur; mix well. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 min.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F.; continue baking 65 min.
  5. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cold before removing rim of pan. Chill.
  6. Garnish with additional peach slices and sliced almonds, if you like.
