Ingredientes

  • Pie Crust
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 Tbsp. Margarine into chunks
  • 1 c. Matzo meal Cheese Cake
  • 1 lb Cream cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla- or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange juice Topping
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Pie crust: Combine all ingredients in processor bowl and process till well blended.
  2. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate. Don't bake.
  3. Cheese cake: Process cheese with Large eggs, sugar and vanilla for 30 sec. Spread cheese mix over crust. Bake in 375 oven for 25-30 minutes. or possibly till set. Cold.
  4. Topping: Combine all ingredients and process. Spread over cake and return to oven for five minutes. Cold and chill.
