Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1 1/2 tsp Orange rind, finely grated
  • 1 c. Raspberries Butter Finely grnd almonds
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Sliced almonds Raspberries Flavored, (Grand Marnier) whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream cheese till light. Add in 1 3/4 c. sugar slowly, followed by the flour. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla and Grand Marnier. Mix in orange rind, then raspberries.
  2. Butter 10" spring-form pan and coat with grnd almonds. pour batter into pan. Set pan onto aluminum foil, pulling foil up to create a collar. Set in Bain marie (water bath) and bake 325 for 1-1/2 hrs. Cover with foil if it starts to brown. Remove from oven and remove foil collar, let rest for ten min. Combine lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread gently on top of cheesecake. Bake for 15 min (sans water bath). Remove from oven and cold.
  3. Refrigerateat least 3 hrs, preferably overnight. Just before serving, cover sides with sliced almonds and garnish with berries and whipped cream.
