Ingredientes

  • About 14 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 4 (3 ounce) packages. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 T sugar
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Direcciones

  1. Put together crackers and butter; pat into 9-inch pie pan. Save a couple crumbs for top.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sugar; add in large eggs, vanilla, and salt. Pour into pie shell and bake in 375 degree oven on bottom shelf for 20 min. When cool (15 min), add in topping, sprinkle on remaining crumbs. Bake 10 min longer.
  3. When cool, store in refrigerator for at least 5 hrs.
