Ingredientes

  • 6 slc Beef - (super-thin)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 x French loaf split
  • 1 c. Very thinly-sliced onions
  • 3 slc Mozzarella cheese Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Potato chips for serving

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a very warm skillet sear beef in 1 tsp. of oil, about 30 seconds per side, or possibly till just browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Stuff meat into open bread loaf. Top with cheese and bake till bread is slightly crispy and cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in same skillet and saute/fry the onions till tender. When sandwich is ready, top sandwich with onions. Serve with potato chips.
  4. This recipe yields 1 serving.
