Name of Recipe: Cheesy Broccoli Gratin
Recipe from: Brooklyn Locavore
This month my SRC assignment was Melissa from Brooklyn Locavore. Melissa is; One Brooklynites adventure of eating, cooking and living local. Melissa is a Marketing Professional by day and a Food Blogger by night. Melissa and I have a few things in common. Melissa prefers to eat local products, as do I and Melissa likes to shop at the New York City Green Markets where she can talk to the farmers and learn where and how her food is grown. I live in Wisconsin and I travel throughout the State and eat local products when ever possible. I also enjoy talking to the people who grow and produce the products I eat as well. Melissa drinks local wine as I do and I also look for beer brewed locally. Melissa has many recipes on her blog I want to try recipes such as: Blueberry White Chocolate Granola and Tuscan White Bean Soup. I decided to make Cheesy Broccoli Gratin. This broccoli dish was wonderful! I could see this great dish along side fish, chicken or pork chops. Thanks for a Great Recipe Melissa~
