- 1/2 sweet onion diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
