Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 6 x Large eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 lb processed cheese spread
  • 6 x flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c. minced tomato
  • 8 ounce Ortega salsa - thick & chunky (medium)

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan over low heat heat margarine; add in beaten Large eggs with lowfat milk. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, till Large eggs set. Add in diced processed cheese spread and continue cooking till the cheese melts.
  2. Divide over flour tortillas; top with shredded lettuce and minced tomato. Serve with salsa.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
