Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly shortening
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk Garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine flour and cheese, and cut in margarine or possibly shortening. Add in lowfat milk and mix well. Knead lightly. Divide dough into two parts, and roll out to 1 inch thickness on a floured board. Cut into desired shapes, and place biscuits on a ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with a fork, and sprinkle with garlic pwdr. Bake 12 to 15 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Cold and serve. Chill to store.
