Cheesy Potatoes

These are a great side dish to any meal. My family loves them. I usually double the recipe for holidays. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredientes

  • ten potatoes (skins on) cooked, peeled and grated.
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4-5 dashes nutmeg.

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Boil the potatoes with skins on for about an hour. Cool (or run under cold water to expedite the process), peel and grate potatoes. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry, I just mash them with a hand held potato masher. Put potatoes in 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. I usually use a little more cheese for our family but up to you.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
