Ingredientes

  • 1 c. fat-free cottage cheese
  • 4 ounce goat cheese (chevre)
  • 1 c. firmly packed basil leaves
  • 4 lrg potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, combine cottage and goat cheeses. Stir in basil.
  2. Combinemilk and flour till smooth.
  3. Spray a 9-by-9-inch baking pan with olive or possibly canola oil. In pan, placea layer of potatoes; cover with cheese-basil mix, salt, pepper.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Add in a final layer of potatoes; top with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  6. Cover with lowfat milk. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 50 min or possibly till potatoesare tender and golden.
  7. Serves 6.
