Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded or possibly diced
  • 3 med Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. For sauce, heat butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add in lowfat milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in Velveeta cheese till melted. Remove from heat. Place half the sliced potatoes in a greased 1 qt casserole. Cover with half the sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake, covered, in a 350F degree oven for 35 min.
  2. Uncover; bake 30 min more or possibly until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 min.
