Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Celery slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) frzn cooked tiny shrimp, thawed, liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. Dry white wine
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed

Direcciones

  1. In 2-qt saucepan, cook celery in margarine till tender. Add in cream cheese and lowfat milk; stir over medium heat till cream cheese is melted. Add in Velveeta cheese spread, shrimp and wine; heat thoroughly, stirring occasiooally. Sprinkle with dill weed. Five l-c. servings.
  2. Variation: Omit wine. Increase lowfat milk to 1-1/3 c..
