  • 1/2 c. Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 1/4 c. Minced Celery
  • 1/4 c. Minced Radishes
  • 1 x Green Onion Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Basil
  • 4 slc Whole Wheat Bread Toasted
  • 4 x (2/3 Ounce.) Slices Low-Fat Process American Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Combine Cottage Cheese, Carrot, Mushrooms, Sprouts, Celery, Radishes, Green Onion & Basil in A Medium Bowl. Spoon 1/2 C. Cottage Cheesemixture Onto Each Toast Slice, Spreading Gently To Cover. Cut Each Cheese Slice Into 4 Triangles; Arrange Over Cottage Cheese Mix. Broil 4 To 6 Inches From Heat Or possibly Till Cheese Melts.
