Ingredientes

  • 1 can (14oz.) mixed vegetables, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 can (10z.) chicken broth
  • 1 jar (8oz.) processed cheese spread
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 c. Beer (optional, but adds great flavor)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in margarine. Blend in flour and pepper. Stir in lowfat milk gradually. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add in remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Add in beer after all remaining ingredients are well blended and heated.
  2. Serve with rolls and a fruit for a wonderful meal.
