Receta Cherry Cheesecake Cupcakes for Valentine’s Day
Happy Martin Luther King day everyone!!!
My boys are out of school, so we are heading up to Salt Lake to spend the day with my family. Can't wait to hang out, relax, play games, and maybe get a little shopping done. But before I go. . .
Valentine's Day is just around the corner. I love Valentine's Day!! I love decorating with the hearts, the pinks, the reds. Ultimate girly-ness. I also love making Valentine themed food. It is so much fun for me to come up with new ideas every year. Here is the first recipe I tweaked to make it Valentine's Day appropriate. Oh my goodness they were good. Yummy moist cupcakes with a cherry cheesecake filling, topped with cream cheese frosting. I added a juju heart to the top of each one, but you can embellish them however you like. Or just leave them plain. Either way, they are delicious!!
