This month my secret blog was A Calculated Whisk.
Becky from A Calculated Whisk shares creative paleo and gluten-free recipes.
Becky went on a paleo diet after she started blogging.
She lost weight and started feeling "healthier"
She now has maintained her paleo and gluten-free lifestyle.
Many of her recipes are made without refined sugars and processed foods.
Becky also takes amazing photo's of her tasty dishes.
Becky is fluent in Spanish, loves to travel, her cats, reading, yoga and going out to eat.

Cherry Clafoutis was fantastic!
This was my first time making a Clafoutis and
it won't be the last!
Delicious~
Cherry Clafoutis
Yield: 6-8 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
- 1 T unsalted butter, softened
- (for greasing the pan)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 6 T sugar
- 2 T cherry juice
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 6 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 can (14.5 oz) pitted tart red
- cherries in water, well drained
- 2 t. confectioners' sugar, for dusting
- 1. Heat oven to 425°
- Grease a 10"cast iron skillet with butter
- Set aside
- Combine milk, sugar, cherry juice,
- vanilla, eggs and salt with an
- immersion blender for a few seconds to mix
- Add flour and blend until smooth
About 1 minute
2. Pour batter into buttered skillet
Distribute cherries evenly over the top
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center
comes out clean or a golden brown crust has formed
on the top and bottom of clafoutis, about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven
Dust with confectioners' sugar
Serve warm.
