Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly plain low fat ogurt
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, optional
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract
  • 21 ounce Cherry pie filling, can
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tsp Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Minced nutmeats

Direcciones

  1. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
  2. Mix well. Add in remaining ingredients except pie filling. Beat well. Spread half of the batter in a greased 13 x 9" baking pan. Spread cherry pie filling over batter. Cover with remaining batter. For topping: combine all ingredients except butter and nuts in a small mixing bowl. Cut in butter.
  3. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake @ 350 degrees about 45 min till cakesprings back when lightly pressed with finger.
