Ingredientes

  • 2 x and 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 x and 1/4 c. eggnog
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. minced candied cherries (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr and nutmeg in large mixing bowl. In another bowl, stir eggnog, butter, ,Large eggs and vanilla together till well blended. Add in eggnog mix to flour mix, stirring just till all dry ingredients are moistened. Gently stir in cherries. Grease loaf pans. Pour mix into loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min for mini pans or possibly 45-50 min for regular loaf pans or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
