Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Half & Half
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1/2 c. coarsely minced maraschino cherries

Direcciones

  1. Bring to a boil over moderate heat till sugar dissolves the Half & Half, sugar, corn syrup, salt, vinegar and butter. Stir constantly. Reduce to low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally till mix reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat and set pan in cold water. Cool to lukewarm. Then add in vanilla and marshmallow creme. Beat till mix loses its gloss, then add in pecan halves and cherries. Beat till fudge is almost ready to set. Place mix in well buttered pan.
