Ingredientes

  • 20 whl graham crackers
  • 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Vanilla or possibly Chocolate Instant Pudding/Pie Filling
  • 1 3/4 c. Thawed non dairy whipped Topping
  • 2 can (21 ounce each) cherry or possibly blue Berry pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Line 13 x 9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary. Pour cool lowfat milk into bowl. Add in pudding mix.
  2. With electric mixer at low speed, beat till well blended, 1 to 2 mins. Let stand 5 minutes, then blend in non dairy whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the pudding mix over crackers. Add in another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix and remaining crackers.
  4. Spread pie filling over crackers. Refrigerateabout 3 hrs.
