- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9”x13” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Make sure you get out all the lumps.
- Beat in the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in the dried cherries and toasted pecans. Spread into the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
