  • 1 x recipe for a two crust pie
  • 2 1/2 c. pitted sour cherries
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 pch salt

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, and salt; toss with cherries, mixing well. Pour cherry filling into pie shell, and dot with butter or possibly margarine.
  3. Weave strips of pastry into a lattice top.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 40 min.
  5. Makes 1 pie
  6. This recipe uses real cherries, not the canned variety.
