Cherry Pineapple Pecan Cobbler

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce canned crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 21 ounce canned cherry pie filling
  • 1 pkt butter cake mix, 2 layer
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Spread the undrained pineapple in the bottom of a buttered 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the sugar. Cover with the cherry pie filling.
  2. Sprinkle the cake mix proportionately over the cherries. Drizzle with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the pecans.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
  5. Note:I almost didn't include this recipe because it is so simple. It is the only dessert we prepare at lunch for that we use a mix. We tried to take it off the menu, but our customers begged to have it back.
