- 1 navel orange, washed well
- 4 c. sweet cherries, pitted (Mine were frozen but thawed.)
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. bottled lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Tempranillo wine*
- 1 box powdered pectin (6 T. if using bulk pectin.)
