Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of grnd cloves
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can undrained tart pie cherries

Direcciones

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt. Stir in juices, cherries, and seasonings. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min more. Serve hot with ham or possibly pork. Makes 2 2/3 c. sauce.
